I've only been through the drive through but it's always been great - quick and well-packaged for the trip. I heard from friends that the "people were dirty" but I didn't feel that way - seemed comparable to other fast food chains! I am allergic to wheat and they have a great variety of gluten free options. Can't beat the prices here either. I probably eat here way too much actually...I'm disabled and often don't feel like dragging my wheelchair out but need a quick, relatively healthy bite to eat on this side of town.

I love Pollo Tropical. Since moving to Florida four years ago, it has become my favorite place for a quick and (reasonably) healthy meal. However, what I don't like are all the intra-chain inconsistencies. Some are clean, bright, and cheerful, while others are just plain nasty, with this specific location being the nastiest of all. I'll spare the gory details- just do yourself a favor and don't eat here.

The are not that bad the soda weren't that bad like subway my mother said and she's a soda critic the food was fast cleanliness or so sure I had to talk to get a clean tablet but again the where busy it was practically lunch time. And I ask for supper well done meat to ensure they well quality the ask me to see it before they serve it . That's a good sign. And I was in the look out for roach cause of a preview reviewer said he/she step on one but I didn't see any That's good for the restaurant owner.

I was with a group, and felt like ordering something somewhat healthy, so I ordered the black beans and brown rice. I think the rice was sauteed/fried, rather than boiled in water. It had a funny taste to it. Guess what? I threw up later (and no, I did not have any alcohol). Cheap, yes. For me? No. Just be careful, guys.

Terrible service! ALSO, I kid you not standing in line for my food I had to stomp on a HUGE COCKROACH! It was disgusting. Complained to manager and she laughed saying its from all the rain..really??Could only imagine how many of them running around in the back. STAY AWAY.
